Siobhan Miller has earned numerous accolades, including four BBC Alba Scots Trad Music Awards' Scots Singer of the Year titles and a BBC Radio 2 Folk Award for Best Traditional Track. Her extensive range and depth started at a young age, when she made her debut at the Auchtermuchty Festival when she was just 13, winning both the children’s and the women’s competition. All of her five releases – including 2022’s Bloom – have been shortlisted for BBC Alba STMA Album of the year.
Her latest album, Bloom, celebrates much loved Scottish songs with a balance of modern inspiration. It releases a burst of energy after years of restrictions perfectly showcasing her ‘delicate, nourishing vocals and lyrically rich compositions’ (The List). She will be joined by her talented six piece band, to kick off the summer with style.
The Hub Series is supported by Sir Ewan and Lady Brown together with Flure Grossart.
