Rising Stars gives the world’s most promising young musicians a chance to shine on an international stage.
During their Edinburgh International Festival residency, the Brazilian artist collective Ilumina joins forces with four emerging string musicians. Ilumina pioneers an inclusive model for 21st century musical innovation. Virtuosos in their field, Ilumina and violist Jennifer Stumm, teams up with violist and violinist Yura Lee to mentor these Rising Stars.
